10 miles in the AM out and back on a fairly hilly course with a AHR of 148. Cloudy, cold, spotty rain and windy most of the day. I got out again around 3:30 when there was a break in the clouds and headed to the track for some intervals, 4 x 800, slowest in 3:01, fastest in 2:55. Getting there slowly but feeling good and encouraged. 16 miles for the day, legs feel great.
