Sorry for the long break, but haven't had much to pass along. Almost two weeks ago, I started catching a cold and eventually it took over and melded into the flu. Took me out for a good 3-4 days... I stumbled through a 20k race last weekend, but really couldn't breathe very good and managed a 1:25:08. Starting this week I'm begining to feel much better and picking up where I left off before getting sick.
