It's been a great week so far, putting in plenty of time on the road (still mill free!) and still making regular trips to the HS stadium for stair climbing repeats. It's time I start incorporating intervals and a tempo run into my weekly routine. Every week feeling better and faster. For the most part, all my runs have been at a MHR of 150 or below which currently yields ~7:20ish mile, with the exception of the strides and the stairs.
Again, I have a 20k race coming up on the 26th which I'll be running "hard" but not racing. PPM registration next Wednesday!
Already have a couple of leads on renting an Altitude tent with a higher setting than last years. These go up to 21K!!
