Sun - 12m easy
Mon - 5m am, 7m pm
Tue - I had a half day off work so I was able to get in a longer am run in, went 10m on a very windy day with the first mile easy then marathon pace for 9, 6:46/m avg at AHR 153(my AHR for the Sunburst marathon back in June was 159). Feeling very good!
Wed - 5m easy
Today and tomorrow will be easy, I'll probably throw some pick-ups into my run today and take it very easy tomorrow. I have one more long run on Saturday with the majority of it done at marathon pace then will start to ease up for the two weeks leading up to the race.
