pm) 7 miles, last hard "hill" workout before I really taper things off.. 1m warm-up then a ladder incline, 1m each starting at 13%, 1m @ 14, 15 then back down 14, 13... started at 10:45 pace and held it throughout... 1m warm-down.

I've had the altitude tent cranked up to ~10500 for the last 4 days now, may go to 12k up until I leave next Thursday, don't know yet.

If there's anybody in town on Thursday or Friday, I sure could use some company on a short run or two. I guess I could just run out the door of the hotel and head towards the mountains...
