Ahhh, back on the treadmill this afternoon. 5 miles easy.. the middle 4 done at 10% at 10:00/m, these felt quite easy and my HR hovered around 144, about 11-16 beats below where I plan on trying to run Pikes (at least on the uphill portion). I may or may not run again this evening, all depends on how I feel. Dialing it down in mileage but uping the intensity just a tad this week. Let's go already!!
