Beard update... after this mornings 13 miles with 810' of vertical gain (yes, I'm actually keeping track of that now). This was one of my flatter routes today. During the week, the treadmill is usually anywhere between 5 and 11%. Without looking at my logs, I think I have around 6000 feet of vertical gain this week. This was a rest week so the miles were down, around 42 total.
