9/14/09 - am)7 miles easy

9/15/09 - am)7 miles, 2m easy, then 5m at 155-160, walking cool down. These felt very easy and relaxed.

Hi, I found your blog on google. Don't you miss the triathlon? I recently transitioned to triathlon from the marathon and miss the marathon. But I love what triathlon has done for my health.

I miss it a little bit... but right now I'd rather spend 5 hours with my kids instead of grinding out 5 hours on the bike.. Running keeps me plenty in good shape, if fact right now in great shape. Thanks for reading...
