am) 6 miles, great run today. If I wasn't 100% then I was 99.99... All is good, avg pace was an easy 7:01 and AHR was 145. It's funny how HR and pace can change that much in a couple of days. I'm sure there are a lot of external factors to consider, weather, hydration etc... but still I felt awesome today. I really wanted to run another couple of miles but decided early in the week I wasn't going to push the numbers because of the "incident". Feeling good about racing tomorrow, still unsure if I can run a similar time as I did 3 weeks ago, but will give it a full effort anyway.
