5/13/09 - 4m easy

5/14/09 - 9m progression, 3m easy, ran to loosen the muscles HR<150, 3m 150-160, 3m 160-165... almost bailed on the last mile because I just felt awful, but after I finished, I felt much better. I plan on running another 30 minutes or so this evening as long as the weather cooperates with me.
