4/6/09 - rest day

4/7/09 - 9 miles, after a good warm-up with a build in pace, I did 4 x 200's, 40, 41, 39, 43 with 200 RI's, then: 6 x 800's, 2:51, 2:55, 2:55, 2:53, 2:55, 2:49 with 200 RI's... this workout felt great! It felt good to pick up the pace again and actually feel like I was going "fast"... 2m warm-down.
