4/27/09 - 2m easy
4/28/09 - 7m easy progression, 1m warm-up then 2m @ 6:46, 6:44, 2m @ 6:33, 6:29, 2m @ 6:17, 6:13.. walking cool-down. It felt good to get a little faster leg turnover for these. I still have some work to do, but this is a good start.
4/29/09 - 4m easy, MHR 150
Today will be ~9m of 1m and 2m repeats @ half marathon pace.. tomorrow will be easy and then I have the Indianapolis Mini marathon on Saturday. I'm not really putting to much focus on this race but instead treating it as a hard tempo run. I'm still going to treat it as a "race" and run as hard and evenly as I can, but won't put to much emphasis on the outcome. Last year I went 1:24, and would like to run something around that time this year. If I don't, so what... the bigger picture is in another 5 weeks.
