Another 20+ miler in the books.. this one felt great! 6 miles easy 140-150 then 3 miles under 7:00, 8 miles easy 140-150 then 2 miles under 6:50, ~1 mile warm-down to 20.12 miles.. 2:33:12, no stopping for this one. The whole run was very comfortable and relaxed!! 10 weeks..LETS GO!!

Ward - hey, I'm just doing what Tim's got laid out for me... I get a break this coming weekend at 18 miles, but the week after is another 22 miler!! Woo Hoo!!
