Thursday - 6.5m, 2m warm-up then 8 x 2' 5:56/m pace w/1' recovery jog between each, warm-down to 6.5 miles...

Sunday - 16m, Good endurance run with Jed, Sam Bird and Mike Henry.. Mike ran 12 with me, then I tacked on another 4. 10 miles in 1:25:09, last 6 in 44:00 (7:19/m pace). Roads were snow covered which affected pace a little bit. I wanted to run the last 6 in 42:00 but still happy with the run as a whole. Contacted my coach for any last minute advice with the taper. He say's all is looking good.
