This was a dreadfully painful experience! Not in the physical sense, but mentally mind numbing as I had to to it on the treadmill down in the basement. We just got 8+ inches of snow last night and there was no way to run outside. Hopefully I'll never have to do that again!

Saturday - 10.2m - Ran the JP 10K today.. I'm extremely happy as I acheived my goal of breaking 40 minutes. (39:25) It's the first time since I think 03'. I've just had so many injuries and set backs that getting to that level again has been very hard, specially since I keep getting older every year! I really think I'm on to something now and I see limitless possiblilities for the upcoming season. I'm putting in some good miles and feel like I'm more than ready to bust out a good marathon on February 17th in Dublin, OH. (The last Chance for Boston Marathon)
